How We Treat

Our versatile treatment method was created to treat muscle, soft tissue, bone, and joint conditions so you can get the full and lasting recovery your body deserves. We provide treatment for muscle sprains and strains, repetitive-stress injuries, athlete injuries, acute injuries, and chronic conditions.

Chiropractic Services

Chiropractic is a non-invasive, hands-on health care discipline that focuses on the neuro-musculoskeletal system. Chiropractors practice a manual approach. Doctors of Chiropractic are specifically trained to detect and correct problems in the spine, often before the patient is even aware they exist.

PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical therapists are movement experts who improve quality of life through prescribed exercise, hands-on care, and patient education.

Physical therapists diagnose and treat individuals of all ages, from newborns to people at the end of life. Many patients have injuries, disabilities, or other health conditions that need treatment. But PTs also care for people who simply want to become healthier and to prevent future problems.

Personal Injury

Our staff understands the complexities of personal injury cases and we take great pride in managing them very thoroughly. Our office has well-established relationships with Orthopedists, Neurologists, MRI facilities, and Physical Therapists for the best and most complete care of acute trauma injuries. At OPRR our providers  analyze, diagnose and treat the various complexities of whiplash and soft tissue injuries.

Injuries caused by car accidents can be very serious and severe ranging from common rear-end collisions resulting in Whiplash (Hyperflexion& Extension Injuries) to broadside and head on collisions. Symptoms can be immediate with dizziness, headaches, neck, shoulder, mid back, and lower back pain. These symptoms may not show up for several days later and you may not have realized that you were injured with these injuries causing severe damage to the muscles, ligaments and connective tissues.

The sudden impact of a car accident is enough to turn one’s life upside down. At OPRR, we understand the biomechanical relationships that result in pain and discomfort following whiplash-type injuries.

Dry Needling

When used in conjunction with other therapies, dry needling treats your muscle tissue by inactivating tight muscles and restoring function. We use it to treat various musculoskeletal issues you may be experiencing, such as neck, shoulder, back, hip, and even heel pain..

Cupping

Cupping is an alternative therapy that uses suction cups to decompress your skin and muscles. The suction promotes increased blood circulation, which may help relieve muscle tension, promote cell repair, and aid in other regeneration.

Manipulations/ Adjustments

When your spine is misaligned, pressure on your nervous system can limit your normal motion and function. We use spinal manipulation to treat your musculoskeletal and nervous system's mechanical disorders, improving your body's physical function and overall health.
